John is a qualified APMG PRINCE2 Practitioner and Trainer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer, with over 20 years of practical Business and IT Project experience.

John's project experience ranges from building solutions with IBM mainframes to the creation of clustered, virtualised servers using SANs. For the past ten years John has been heavily focused on Project Managing the architecting of Microsoft Windows NT, Windows 2000/3/8, Linux, MS Exchange 2000/3/7, MS SQL Server and Business Integration technologies such as BizTalk and SharePoint along with their associated computing, network, database and security infrastructures. His security experience includes smartcards, biometrics and PKI. John has extensive experience working with virtualisation products from VMWare and Microsoft. He is currently gaining experience in Shared Services and Cloud computing architectures..

John is Chief Architect of the PMWEB Project Management toolset which is currently in development.

John has recently worked as a Programme Manager and Business Change Manager for the specialist engineering company Clean Air Technologies helping them to structure their business around their chosen product and service commodities. John developed the processes, workflows and documentation that supports the company's full range of services focused on client energy conservation and complex design and build projects. He led the adoption of PRINCE2 in the company through a process of training workshops and activity based knowledge transfer.

Simon Harris

Simon has gained his experience within technically complex, large-scale blue-chip environments across finance and banking, defence, oil & gas, government, and the “big 4” management consultancies.

Simon spent 11 years at the London Stock Exchange, where he was well trained in formal methods for data-processing. During that time he became an early adopter of Unix based technologies in a commercial environment. Since leaving the Stock Exchange in 1990 Simon has run a consultancy business mixing training, mentoring and consulting assignments.

Simon’s consulting assignments have included set-up of programme offices for £100m programmes, Rationalisation of Mid-Range Service Delivery in a retail bank, Reorganisation of the management structures in a 6bn usd GE-Capital subsidiary, implementing an IT Governance framework using ISACA’s CobiT™ Vn 4.1 for a UN agency and subsequently a review of the governance of its core information dissemination practices.

Simon’s PM training covers the full spectrum of project management disciplines, tools and techniques from establishing an initial basic structured approach up to topics such as Leading Complex Projects, and Performing Project Recovery. Simon’s training activities include a period as a PRINCE2™ examiner (and current authorisation to train in and administer the exams) Simon is PMP qualified and delivers APM exam training programmes.

Charles England - Account Manager / Consultant - PRINCE2 Practitioner

Charles has worked for a major global business process outsourcing and corporate information solutions company for over 5 years successfully delivering many different solutions for major blue chip clients in the banking, finance, automotive and telecommunications sectors.

Last year Charles worked on a £230 million contract for a major UK banking group with the aim of generating cost savings. The project successfully delivered process and technology improvements achieving the desired business change for which Charles won a European wide award for leadership.

Charles is a Qualified Prince2 Practitioner, with strong process, project management, planning, organisational and communication skills, experienced in managing senior and key stakeholder relationships and communications channels for projects.

Associate 1
MAPM, APMP, Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer
He has 25 years' experience of project management in financial services and has been providing specialist PM training and consultancy for over 10 years. His consultancy assignments have covered introducing structured programme and project management into organisations, project auditing, project rescue, project start up and project assurance.

Associate 2
APM, APMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner
Electrical Engineer with many years' experience managing projects and quality systems to rigorous standards within the Ministry of Defence. He has also managed customer implementation projects of Project Support Offices before handover to client staff. He has significant expertise in quality systems and quality management and in delivering project management courses with an engineering bias.

Associate 3
APMP, PMI, PMP, MSP Practitioner
His background covers all aspects of planning and project management in the manufacturing and aerospace industry, with an emphasis on PM processes and how these can best be integrated into enterprise business systems. He specializes in project audits and maturity assessment projects.

Associate 4
Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CIPD accredited trainer
He has a broad range of experience gained from working within the retail industry, in the IT sector and for local government authorities. He completes a diverse training skill set with Microsoft and Cisco qualifications.
